Esta compilación normativa en el ámbito de seguridad alimentaria se ha elaborado a requerimiento de nuestros colegiados, como herramienta que pueda facilitarles el desarrollo de sus funciones tanto a nivel de control oficial, como de asesoría a establecimientos alimentarios.
La legislación se ha ordenado para facilitar su búsqueda, en disposiciones comunitarias, nacionales y autonómicas, y estas a su vez en normas de disposiciones de carácter general, y por sectores. La principal característica diferencial con respecto otras bases normativas, es la extensión de la misma, de manera que se ha tratado de desarrollar en cada apartado la totalidad de las normas relacionadas, remarcándose las de uso más común.
Esta recopilación nace con la intención de actualización periódica tan necesaria en esta materia, indicándose en cada momento la fecha de su última actualización.
